We are pleased to have you interested in attending our Annual Conference. Below find the various registration rates and hyperlinks or PDF forms to use to confirm your registration. All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. ACENZ can accept credit card payments (with surcharge) or arrange an invoice for bank transfer/direct deposit. Any account questions should be directed to Catherine Chong at catherine@acenz.org.nz. Early bird prices will be offered through Sunday, July 9th. Beginning on Monday, 10th July, late prices will apply. Registration will close on Wednesday, 2nd August.

ACENZ will issue an invoice and confirmation after the registration has been submitted either by emailing the completed PDF form or by registering online through the web portal below. If you have any questions regarding your registration, payment, or other matter, please contact a member of staff

In addition to the registration packages, you can choose to purchase additional tickets for your partner or clients. If you are a PA or other staff member wanting to purchase bulk or table tickets for the Awards Dinner, you can supply ACENZ with the names of all your guests and table seating preferences at a later date. We will need to know all dietary notes for any registrants.

Includes one partner's attendance at the President's Welcome, Friday Partner's Programme (from 10:30am to 4:30pm), Icebreaker Dinner, Saturday programme, and Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner.

 

Young Professional

Includes registration for one person to attend the President's Welcome, Friday programme, Icebreaker Dinner, Saturday programme, and Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner. Registrant must be 35 or younger on or before August 10th, 2017. Registrant must meet the age criteria AND be employed by an ACENZ Member Firm.

 

Industry Partnership Discounts

ACENZ will offer Member pricing to any current Member (at time of registration) of the following organisations (proof of that membership is required):

Terms and Conditions

Payment of Fees
Payment of registration fees must be complete prior to conference start date on Thursday, 10th August 2017. Registration will not be complete until full payment is received and all payments must be received prior to the conference.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full refunds will be given with written notice, until Sunday, July 9th 2017.
  • From Monday, July 10th to Friday, July 28th a $300.00 cancellation fee will apply.
  • No refunds will be given after Friday, July 28th 2017. However, you may send a colleague in your place at no penalty - please advise of name change prior to Wednesday 2nd August.
  • To replace a Young Professional registration, the replacement person must also meet the under 35 age criteria.
  • Any refunds will be made at the conclusion of the conference and at the discretion of the ACENZ Executive Team.
  • Please email catherine@acenz.org.nz to request any billing, refund, or other financial matter.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the ACENZ Executive Team, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

 

Insurance
Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the conference. The ACENZ Executive Team are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

ACENZ Conference Scholarship

ACENZ is offering five conference scholarships this year. Five recipients will each receive a complimentary Full Delegate registration to attend the ACENZ Annual Conference from August 10-12, 2017. We will offer one to a Young Professional (aged 35 or younger by August 10th), one to a staff of an SME firm (50 staff or fewer), one to a new Member (accepted for Membership within the past 2 years, anytime after January 1, 2015), and two more at the discretion of the staff and Board.
